EXTERIOR
The 2020 Porsche Taycan seamlessly combines all the favorite features of their iconic builds in one breathtaking and low-slung sports car. The evidence of the 911's build can be found in both the car's stance and its hood profile. The 718 Cayman lends its rear fenders while its profile is simply gorgeous.
INTERIOR
While leather upholstery is standard, you can opt for seats that are vegan leather instead. These are just as rich and soft as real leather so you might not even be able to tell the difference. You can also choose accent colors to help the interior of the Porsche Taycan pop more vividly.
TECHNOLOGY
Inside the Porsche Taycan, you'll find at least three screens with the availability of up to five – depending on the options chosen. The 16.8-inch instrument cluster is gracefully curved while an 8.4-inch screen provides you with access to the all-important climate controls and other necessary functions. A giant 10.9-inch touchscreen keeps you both connected with the world around you and entertained as well. Options include a 5.4-inch touchscreen for rear passenger climate control and a 10.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system for the passenger.
PERFORMANCE
The 2020 Porsche Taycan includes a rear-mounted two-speed transmission that can toggle effortlessly between launch forces and efficiency. Performance can be configured using one of four modes – Range, Sport, Normal and Sport+. With these, expect settings like air suspension stiffness, artificial sounds, steering weight and acceleration to be adjusted accordingly. Weighing in a more than 5,100 pounds, the Taycan uses huge brakes to help stop it quickly while also recouping energy.
